"Para tão longo amor, tão curta a vida." Luis Vaz de Camões

Well, here I am... again... but, this time (finally), I'm gonna write some lines.

What's your question? What's your doubt? Is that about life? Friendship? Money?

I don't know what's your answer, but here is mine: I'm in doubt about a lot of things and there's one that makes me wonder. It cannot be touched, cannot be smelled, cannot be seen. It's a word, for sure, that make people fly, even without know what's happening with their lives.

I have no idea how old I was when I heard it for the very first time. I do know that I felt this before I was born and I'm pretty sure, it made all the difference in my life.

OK, here is the thing: L.O.V.E, this wonderful feeling that makes me feel touching the sky, even if I have my feet touching the floor; that makes me see stars during the day; that makes me smell the scent of freedom, even if I think I'm stuck; that makes me fly toward my dreams, even if they seem impossible.

I'm 25 years old. Since 3 years ago, I'm living under my own rules, (theoretically) I can do whatever I want. But, how can we do something without LOVE?This is my point of view: even the smallest action needs love to be performed with excellence. I don't know anybody that can live without loving somebody or something. We do need love to feel that we're alive! We need something to believe. One can call it God. Another, call it happiness, friendship, family, etc. I call it a package, with all of them together!Actually, I'd add some music, as well. Now, it's perfect!

We cannot waste time, we have only one life.

A wonderful Sunday afternoon!!

Hello,There!
Since I got here in Portugal, almost 15 days ago, I didn't go to church and I was feeling empty and lonely, but yesterday, I felt like I'm full of grace and energy again.
In my 1st day here, I met this kind woman who didn't know me, but gave me the oportunity to be back at God's will. She had a card from a Brazilian Pastor who lives in Portugal and I sent her (the Pastor) an e-mail. She answered me and I went there. Oh, God, what a wonderful afternoon! Full of blessings and of God's power!

Now I know, that I'm not alone anymore!

God bless you!

New creature!

"I am crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." ( Gal 2,20)

Last August 23rd, I was born again! God gave me the chance to be a new creature and since that day, untill the day I die, I'll be serving His cause!

João Pessoa,Paraíba: Where the sun first rises!!

"We are the sun's door of this Tropical Country..."("Porta do Sol",Renata Arruda)
As the line of Renata Arruda's song says,João Pessoa is the Brazilian city where the sun first
rises. I like João Pessoa very much, specially for three reasons:first, the weather there is always warm and you can feel it at the beautiful beaches and also in every morning, when the sunshine is knocking on your window. Secondly, the people who
live there are so kind and happy. You'll find it out when you'll be walking on the street and people start greeting you with a big smile upon their faces. In third place, but not in order of preference, João Pessoa's food is yummy! You can taste "TAPIOCA", a derivation of manioc flour stuffed with different flavors. It can be sweet or salty(by the way, for me, it's the most delicious food in the world) or experience a "Baião de dois"
, made with rice and beans cooked together. In fact,João Pessoa is a beautiful city and it will conquer you.
